Hey there!
I launched North Pine Strategic Wealth with a vision to create breathing room for busy professionals and families by helping them take greater control of their finances, align their financial decisions with their vision, and expand what is possible. I wanted to build a boutique-style service that would give me the freedom and flexibility to serve clients in the way I believe benefits them most while focusing on building meaningful, long-term relationships. Through all the work we do together, my goal is for you to feel as though the weight has been lifted from your shoulders and to experience genuine excitement about the future.
In terms of my background, I bring more than 10 years of experience. I started my career on the investment side of the industry, where I designed portfolio strategies, underwrote opportunities, created plans to unwind large single-stock positions in a tax-efficient manner, and conducted research. I have always loved the intellectual challenge of diving into complex topics, identifying what is useful and practical, and translating those insights into a concise, actionable plan. Over the years, I came to appreciate the importance of understanding the whole picture. No decision is made in a vacuum; multiple factors often require careful consideration. Large liquidity events, life-changing windfalls, periods of market volatility, and other major decisions require deep expertise, steady guidance, and someone who knows you well.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and continually look for ways to improve my skills and knowledge. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®), a CFA charterholder, and a CAIA charterholder. I prefer a practical, straightforward, no-nonsense approach to communication and client service. I believe it makes everything a bit easier.
