Are We a Fit?

no pressure process to find out how we can help and if we are the right fit for each other.

step 2: Discovery Meeting

(45 - 60 minutes)

Approximately 60 minutes for a higher-level review of your financial life and your goals. We'll send a list of documents and data points we need in advance so we can be prepared. We'll share a few suggestions on how you can move forward and how we can help. You will have the opportunity to learn more about us and ask any additional questions.

step 1: Intro Call

(15 - 30 minutes)

A quick video or call to learn about you, your situation, and what you are looking for. If we can be helpful, we'll move to a complementary virtual Discovery Meeting for a higher level review of your financial life and your goals. If not, we'll try to point you in a direction that is helpful.

step 3: We Agree To Move Forward

(15 - 30 minutes)

At this point, you should have a good understanding of how we can improve your financial life and whether it makes sense to move forward. We want to make sure we are a fit. If we both agree, we'll cover the next steps and begin the onboarding process.

How We Work Together?

Step 2: Define the Vision

Next, we focus on your values, goals, objectives, and understanding what's important to you. We are looking for an alignment between those areas and translating that into your vision. Simply put, if the first step answers 'Where am I today?', the second step will answer 'Where do I want to go?'

step 3: Design the Roadmap

We take everything we gathered from the first two steps, and we work on designing an optimal roadmap to get you from point A to point B. We'll present and discuss the financial plan together before we agree on the next steps and move to implementation and our ongoing service.

We begin our relationship with a four-step process. We focus on getting your financial life organized, clarifying what you hope to accomplish, designing a roadmap to get there, and embarking on the journey together. We'll work closely together on implementation and adapt as your life and needs evolve. You should feel in control of your financial situation, have a clear idea of where you’re going, and be confident that the choices you’re making align with your goals.

Step 1: Get Organized

First, we onboard you and organize your finances. We'll review your cash flow, net worth, taxes, investments, risk exposure, compensation structure, and other relevant information to get a clear understanding of your financial picture. We'll create centralized access where you can view your entire financial blueprint.

structured approach designed for clarity, direction, and momentum...

step 4: Start the Journey

After we design the roadmap, we move onto our ongoing service designed to create structure while keeping the momentum. We like to get things done. We proactively address new and recurring items and adapt as your life evolves. You get to experience what it means to have a personal CFO by your side.
